What channels are used for support?
The support, for reasons of request history and priority, is carried out through tickets, which can be managed from your customer area
What data do you need?
Upon activation of the service, you will be prompted for root access data to the server to be managed, as well as some information about your project
In the Total and One plans, will I have administrative access?
Both plans are Full-Managed contracts, meaning the customer does not have root access to the server. This guarantees responsibility for any damage / malfunctions due to my interventions.
In any case, you will be provided with ad-hoc credentials to work in complete autonomy
Unlimited interventions with an asterisk?
Yes, all support requests + extraordinary interventions are included in the One plan

The subscription plans provide a full-managed service, with a person assigned to you able to assist you in a personal and targeted way.
Some hosting providers limit themselves to providing assistance, without analyzing the statistics, leaving out all the data analysis part, for a targeted optimization and efficiency with few resources.

What happens after the purchase?
Once the payment has been processed, you will receive a welcome email in which you will be informed that your subscription is being activated. On this occasion, you will be asked for root administrative access to the server, along with its main data (IP, provider)
